Saad bin Abdullah Al-Issa
He is a lawyer and legal and Sharia consultant licensed by the Ministry of Justice and a member of the Saudi Bar Association. He holds a university degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. He worked in the legal, administrative and financial field for more than 35 years. He also took many training courses inside and outside the Kingdom. He worked as a member of many specialized government committees and held several positions. He ended his career as General Director of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
Abdullah bin Saad Al-Issa
A lawyer, legal and administrative consultant, and international arbitrator licensed by the Ministry of Justice, a member of the Saudi Bar Association, a member of the Saudi Judicial Scientific Society, and a member of the International Arbitration Center in Cairo. He holds a master’s degree and a high diploma in commercial arbitration from the International Arbitration Center and holds a fellowship. Sharia advisor. He attended more than 53 different courses in the legal and administrative fields, and his practical experience exceeded 15 years
Tariq bin Yahya
A legal and administrative consultant who holds a university degree in the Department of Systems from King Abaj Al-Aziz University. He has held many executive positions over 20 years in the private sector in the Kingdom and abroad. He also supervised many transformational regulatory and legal projects for major companies, and also managed many corporate structuring and development projects inside and outside the Kingdom. He specializes in foreign investment, establishing foreign companies, and reviewing and drafting contracts in Arabic and English.
